Wedding lashes: when to book and what to plan
A simple timeline for brides and bridal parties so your lashes look perfect on the day and in every photo.
Lashes show up in every single wedding photo. Getting the timing right is the difference between full, fresh lashes and a set that is already shedding by the reception.
A few months out: do a trial
Book a full set well before the wedding. This is your test run. You will find out how your eyes react, which length and curl you like, and how the set looks in photos. If you want changes, there is plenty of time.
About two weeks out: lock in the look
Book your final full set or a fill. This is the set you will wear on the day. Ask for a little extra fullness if you want a more dramatic look for photos.
A few days before: the last touch
A quick fill two to four days before the wedding keeps everything full and fresh. Do not schedule it the morning of. You want the lashes settled, not brand new and still curing.
The bridal party
If your bridesmaids want lashes too, book them early so everyone gets a spot in the same week. Matching the style across the group looks great in photos. Some people prefer a lash lift and tint, which is lower commitment.
On the honeymoon
Extensions are perfect for travel. You wake up on vacation already done. Pack a spoolie and a lash safe cleanser and you are set.
